Role of Choragos in Antigone

Choragos is a mystical divine creature featured in Antigone. She lives among the character as one of them, she’s the mother of the chorus and she is the bridge to the audience. She’s timeless and she’s bold. She’s neither human nor animal, but she has characteristics of both. She lives in between universes.
